Flo by Moen leak detector works?

After a near catastrophic flood on my houseboat from a dock to the boat water line, I'm considering installing a Flo by Moen 24/7 leak detection system.

I like its smart valve, AI learning, automatic shut-off, and app alerts, finding the $500 cost worth the peace of mind.

although, I'm concerned about the system's learning period given the boat's weekend only summer use and winter dormancy, as well as power/WiFi needs and marina permission.

Has anyone here used Flo by Moen or similar systems on houseboats/ marinas? Is it as useful as it should be?
