So, my partner and I started living on a houseboat a few years back, and the kids love it! But our friends and family keep asking if it's really a good way to raise a family. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you handle it?

Living on a houseboat can be a great way to raise kids. They learn to enjoy nature and live simply. Some people may not understand it, and that's okay. We tell our family it works for us and the kids are happy and safe. For me, that's what matters most.

It's totally normal for families to be a bit skeptical, so why not invite them to check out your setup? Highlight the advantages, such as learning water safety, connecting with nature, and building stronger family ties. You'd be surprised at how well kids can adapt to life on a boat
