Question about a houseboat

So I know that a houseboat is more than just getting the boat and moving in. I'm interested in the little things surrounding the experience, such as the maintenance. WHat maintenance should I do, how often and anything else you can give me
 
You'll want to check the hull monthly, clean off algae quarterly, and repaint every couple years. Keep an eye on plumbing, electrical, and engine systems too.

Agree, and a quick monthly walkthrough helps catch issues early, and rinsing things down after each trip goes a long way. Its not too bad once you get into a routine.
